Another old English classic! Lycett saddles were originally designed by Edward Lycett in the 1800s the Lycett sprung seat provided a comfortable ride on most British motorcycles including BSA, Norton, Triumph, Velocette for the early 20th century through to the late 1950s with a few still fitted into the 1960s. Our recreation of the original features a hand-stitched waterproof vinyl cover with felt padding over a steel sprung frame.
The Extra-Large size saddle (it is also available in Large and Small) was mostly used on just one model, the Norton 16H and this one fits directly onto that model. It was also fitted to a few very early "heavy" motorcycles in the 1920's and 1930's.
Supplied in Black only complete with two chrome springs.
