A real English classic! Originally designed by Edward Lycett in the 1800s the Lycett sprung seat provided a comfortable ride on most British motorcycles including BSA, Norton, Triumph, Velocette for the early 20th century through to the late 1950s. Our recreation of the original features a hand-stitched waterproof vinyl cover with felt padding over a steel sprung frame.
This small size saddle (it is also available in Large and Extra Large) was widely used on smaller motorcycles and was fitted as standard on more than 200,000 BSA Bantams between 1948 & 1957.
Supplied in either Black or Tan colour it comes with two chrome springs.
